BREIFFING
This is the recording message received from the Tactical Operation Center:
-TOC to Elements.
-We have an Hostage taken at Chang's Theater.
-Our Swat section was called to take care of this rescue.
-TOC will follow the operation with both Element Leaders.
-TOC ask to both element to be on the same radio frequency.
-TOC ask to have only both element leaders speaking on this frequency.
All other SWAT operators must use Sierra command to communicate with his own Element
leader.
-So, TOC recommande this following approach:
-We must do that operation with noiseless to not alarming suspects in
the main theater area.
Element1:
-entering by the main front door of the theater.
-clearing all rooms at the front of the building.
-clearing all halls.
-clearing the projector's room and stairways.
-then, stacking at those 2 main double doors to get inside the main theater
where are locate suspects and hostages.HOLD before to enter in the main theater area for the other element.
Element2:
-entering by the pit storage behind the building.
-clearing all rooms at the back of the building.
-clearing the backstage.
-clearing the steel mezzanine bridge.
-then, some should stack each side of the stage and some stack at the
balcony (locate each side at the second floor), and HOLD for Element1.
-As soon you locate and arrest the mayor and Zaynar Aytar, we should be
fine to control the main theater area.
-TOC recommande cs'ing the main theater area and doing an dynamic entry
both elements together. Swat operators locate at balconies will have to take care of CS during this operation when all other
swat operators will be in the action..
